Summary of report content

Healthwatch Bucks undertook an announced enter and view visit to The Social Link, a community provider of day care for people with learning disabilities, on 10 January 2022. They spoke to 16 people.

They saw:

  • How staff treated people
  • The activities on offer and how people engaged with these, including those designed to foster independence

They asked about how people felt about the care provided by the service and got a very positive response.

There are three recommendations and a response from the provider.
