Healthwatch Portsmouth undertook an announced enter and view visit to Russets on 16 November 2021.  They spoke to 6 people.

Healthwatch Portsmouth Authorised Representatives have extended their understanding of the types of accommodation available to people with Learning Disabilities living in Portsmouth. The visit showed good examples of working practice, and how dignity is being respected, but on this occasion offered no opportunity to capture the experience of residents and relatives and any ideas they may have for change. The Authorised Representatives were able to observe residents engaging with the staff and their surroundings
