Healthwatch Havering conducted an announced Enter and View visit. Healthwatch Havering is aiming to visit all health and social care facilities in the borough. This is a way of ensuring that all services delivered are acceptable and the welfare of the resident, patient or other service-user is not compromised in any way.

Healthwatch Havering visited Rosewood Medical Centre on 03/12/2018.

The summary of findings highlighted areas in relation to the premises, care, staff and other matters. The overall findings of the visits were positive.

All in all, the team felt that the surgery had made, and was continuing to make, changes in the way they worked to deal with the criticism they had been subjected to. The team fed back this view to the senior partner and asked that that praise should be filtered back to staff.
