Enter and view: Riversley Road Surgery

Healthwatch Warwickshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Riversley Road Surgery in May 2016, gathering feedback from 28 patients. Feedback was largely positive, particularly about the quality of care, GPs, appointment booking and opening hours. Patients valued the practice's approach to continuity of care and its triage system, which Healthwatch identified as an example of good practice that could be shared with other surgeries. 

Parking and access were the main areas of concern. Recommendations also included better advertising of privacy and translation support and providing more information about the Patient Participation Group. The surgery welcomed the findings and said it would address the areas identified for improvement.
