Summary of report content

Healthwatch Staffordshire undertook an enter and view visit to the Respiratory rehabilitation service provided by the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust on 22 March 2023.

Key findings:

  • The delivery of the service could not be faulted, and the Team Leader was exceptionally knowledgeable.
  • The Team Leader pointed out a number of gaps which Healthwatch felt should be addressed, including gaps in service provision.
  • A service user pointed out that the clocks were the wrong time, and this seemed to be the case throughout the centre.
  • There was no signage indicating where the service is based in the building.
