Summary of report content

Healthwatch Oxfordshire reports on the findings and impact of all 10 of the Enter and View visits they undertook in 2018/19. They visited seven care homes, one GP practice, one Hospital Emergency Department and one Ambulance Service Project.

They heard from 70 patients/service users, 53 staff working in a range of roles and 26 family members or friends.  They made 34 formal recommendations and there were 22 changes as a result of these recommendations.
