In this report, Healthwatch York summarise the findings from their visit to Rawcliffe Manor Care Home on 17 March 2025. 

They also summarise the feedback shared through survey responses collected before and after the visit. 

Rawcliffe Manor is part of Yorkare Homes. It offers residential care services for older people, including people with dementia. Rawcliffe Manor Care Home has three floors of accommodation with space for 66 residents. There were 52 residents at the time of their visit. 

Key findings 

  • They found that Rawcliffe Manor was operating to a very good standard. These findings were based on their observations and reflect the general happiness of residents, family and friends of residents and staff members
