Summary of report content

Healthwatch Lancashire undertook an enter and view revisit to Queen Square Medical Practice on 18 and 31 March 2026 to check how recommendations from their previous visit had been implemented. They spoke to 16 people.

Overall, the revisit to Queen Square Medical Practice was a positive opportunity to learn about the work that the staff at the GP practice have carried out, and the impact of Healthwatch recommendations following their initial Enter and View visit. 

Highlights include a fresh, bright newly decorated waiting room C, new flooring around the reception area and a newly refurbished accessible toilet. 

The Queen Square Medical Practice team are seen to be actively listening to patient feedback and continually improving the practice in order to help maintain good patient experience.
