Healthwatch Dudley undertook an announced enter and view visit to visited Purity Dental Practice on 20 November 2024 to discover that patients and their families thought of accessing dental care and the care they receive at Purity Dental.  They spoke to 24 people.

Key findings

  • It was easy to register with the practice
  • Most people booked an appointment at reception at their previous visit.
  • Patients were attending the practice for a variety of reasons, including routine care, urgent care and for orthodontal treatment
  • Patients gave positive feedback about the staff
