Healthwatch Havering conducted an announced Enter and View visit. Healthwatch Havering is aiming to visit all health and social care facilities in the borough. This is a way of ensuring that all services delivered are acceptable and the welfare of the resident, patient or other service-user is not compromised in any way.

The summary of findings highlighted areas in relation to the premises, care, staff and other matters. The overall findings of the visits were positive and the report includes a number of recommendations.

The main recommendations informed that the kitchen to be updated. The Small lounge needed redecorating. An area to be dedicated for deliveries to be taken to rather than left in the small hallway.
