Telford and Wrekin carried out this Enter and View to look at how easy it is for patients to access the hospital, to find relevant information, and get to their destination. The Enter and View was carried out on 22 June 2023. The report has nine recommendations.

  1. Ensure main maps are up to date.
  2. Make maps more accessible to all patients.
  3. Change the signage outside pre-op so that patients know to use that door.
  4. Add signs pointing toward the main entrance at car parks.
  5. Improve signage in the main corridors.
  6. Replace board notices with up to date ones
  7. Add better signage to cafes/vending machines.
  8. Clear corridors of clutter
  9. Discuss with parking provider where cars are being allowed to park.
