This enter and view report by Healthwatch Bucks (Buckinghamshire) on the residential care home, Primrose Lodge, that offer for people living with a mental illness, a learning disability, substance/alcohol misuse and other complex needs. The report is broken down into five areas of How People are Treated, Personal Choice, Just like Being at Home, Privacy and Quality of Life. The findings are broadly positive with some recommendations on the homes temperature, times when visitors can arrive and leave, and what they might do on the premises, continuing to encourage residents to become more independent and self-motivated, closing curtains in communal areas when it goes dark, and looks to plants a few more trees along the front perimeter, to give the home a little more privacy from the main road and introducing some more regular physical activity in the home. This report conatins a response from the provider on the recommendations.
