Summary of report content

Healthwatch Bracknell Forest undertook an enter and view revisit to Pinehurst Care Centre in May 2026 following the Enter and View in July 2025 in order to see how recommendations from that report were being addressed.

The team found that a number of improvements had been made with flooring being upgraded, a lounge being made more homely, new rooms with ensuite bathrooms being created and residents being given more independence.

A planned refurbishment continues to take place to improve the facilities for both residents and their relatives, including a quiet area for those with dementia.
