Summary of report content

Healthwatch Bromley undertook an announced enter and view visit to Oak Lodge Care Home on 4 November 2025.  They spoke to 20 people.

The visit found generally positive experiences for residents and families, with kind, respectful care, strong communication, and good management engagement.

However, a number of environmental, safety, and involvement issues were identified, leading to clear recommendations to improve residents’ wellbeing, orientation, and reassurance.
