Healthwatch Bath and North East Somerset undertook a virtual enter and view visit to Newbridge Towers Care Home on 2 and 24 February 2021 to capture residents’ lived experience of life during the Covid-19 pandemic.  They spoke to 5 residents and 1 member of staff.

The conversation centred on activities, contact with loved ones, staffing, PPE, vaccination and visiting.
