Healthwatch Rochdale undertook an enter and view visit to Meadow View Care Home on 23 September 2024. They spoke to five staff members and nine residents.

Positive highlights of the visit:

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

 The facility was very clean and had a neutral odour. 

There was dementia-friendly décor, signage, and flooring on the first floor. 

Family members praised the care and attentiveness of the staff.

The report contains 10 recommendations on signage, activities, feedback, fire safety, the building, decor and facilities and the spiritual needs of residents.
