Summary of report content

Healthwatch Cheshire West conducted an unannounced Enter and view visit to Mayfields on the 9th of September 2015. Mayfields is purpose built for those living with dementia. The team spoke to staff and residents using survey methods, and made general observations about the home.

The report described the environment as calm, welcoming and caring. The findings indicated that residents were happy with the quality of care they received. The team reported that the home was clean and in good condition.

The report made one small recommendation.
