Healthwatch Staffordshire and Healthwatch Stoke on Trent undertook an enter and view visit to the Maternity Unit at the Royal Stoke Hospital on 20 November 2023 following the 2023 CQC report which found the service required improvement.  They spoke to 12 women/birthing people.
