Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View at Lostock Lodge, a residential care home in Northwich, Cheshire, which provides residential care and dementia care for up to 66 residents.

The comments received by the residents were mainly positive with minimal issues. The enter and view team made one suggestion for improvement based on their findings.
