Healthwatch Staffordshire undertook an enter and view visit to Healthwatch Staffordshire on 4 September 2024.

Lisbeth Nursing Home is a beautiful, relatively small facility that has been refurbished to a high standard and is immaculately presented. There are no unpleasant odours, and the rooms are well-maintained. The environment is comfortable, with well- furnished individual resident rooms and well-equipped communal areas. The standard of personal care is highly regarded by staff, residents, and their families, and all residents are well-groomed and receive individualised care. The quality of food and activities is also well appreciated by residents and their family members.
