Overall Healthwatch found our visits to Jubilee Surgery reassuring and positive. Patients were positive about the practice, highlighting the ease of getting an urgent appointment and how reassuring the clinical team were. The location of the practice alongside Jubilee Surgery and the sharing of a waiting area also did not cause any issues or concerns for patients and the separation of the two practices was clear.
