Healthwatch Kingston upon Thames undertook an announced enter and view visit to HF Trust on 29 July 2025.

The visit focussed on the living environment, residents' meal time experiences and activities.

Overall, Healthwatch concluded that Thetford Road seemed to be a well-run home with caring staff in which residents appeared confident, healthy, happy. Residents were willing to talk to them, and were encouraged to be as independent as possible, and engaged in looking after themselves.
