All interactions Healthwatch Doncaster witnessed between residents and staff were very good.
The residents all seemed happy and there was a very upbeat atmosphere.

Recommendations:
The only recommendation was to improve the resident’s toilet just through reception to enable the residents to use the toilet unassisted.
