The report highlights Hatfield Dental Centre has many areas of good practice. These include: Transparency around NHS fees; signposting of NHS treatment at the clinic; the clinic’s website’s clear navigability; focus on patient feedback
They also found the following areas for improvement: Accessibility to the clinic; parity between the complaints policy on display in the clinic, and on the website; promotion of oral health; accessibility of information on display in the clinic.
