Enter and view: Harbury Surgery

Healthwatch Warwickshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Harbury Surgery in November 2015, gathering feedback from 40 patients. Overall, patients were very positive about the quality of care, GPs, nurses and reception staff, with many valuing the practice's links with the local community. Some patients raised concerns about appointment availability, opening hours, parking and privacy at the branch surgery in Bishops Itchington.

 Recommendations included improving privacy at reception and providing more information about how the practice planned to respond to local population growth. The practice responded by explaining the arrangements available for patients who wished to speak to reception staff in private
