Summary of report content

Healthwatch Richmond undertook an enter and view visit to Hampton Hill Medical Centre on 21 and 22 July 2025.  They spoke to 49 people.

Overall the visit revealed that patients had a very positive experience of the services and staff.  The report identifies issues with appointment booking, phone access, information to patients and cleanliness.
