Summary of report content

Following an Enter and View visit in March 2025, Healthwatch Bracknell Forest returned to Haldane House in December 2025 to see how the care home had addressed the recommendations.

As well as new tables, clocks and garden signs, the home had introduced almost all the changes recommended and were waiting for stickers to ensure the hot and cold taps were more clearly marked.

Additionally other changes had been implemented following the change of ownership, with new windows, stair lifts and plans for an extension with a lift.
