Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Bucks 30 August, 2016. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to 7people, which included a mix of staff and residents. The visit was unannounced, though a two week window was given.

Overall the home was found to be operating to a good standard. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. No response from the home manager has been attached.

Summary of recommendations:

- Give additional dignity and respect training to agency staff

- Clean the easy chairs in the lounge / diner and replace any torn tablecloths

- Encourage more of the residents to participate in the activities available
