Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Barnet on the 25th October, 2017. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to residents and staff, no total was recorded. The visit was announced.

Overall the home was found to be operating to a good standard. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving. There were some notable issues such as the main door being broken. Also some residents wanted more consistency and time from their carers.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. A response from the home manager has been attached.
