Summary of report content

Healthwatch Cheshire West conducted an Enter and View visit to Gleavewood on the 3rd of November 2015. The team spoke to residents and staff using survey methods. They also made general observations during their visit.

The report indicated that residents were very happy with the quality of their care. The residents spoke highly of staff. The team reported that the home was clean and well maintained. The staff the team spoke to enjoyed their roles and were happy working at the home.

The report made two minor recommendations suggesting en-suite facilities be made available in more of the rooms and the continued development of the activities programme.

The report included a response from the provider indicating they were happy with the findings.
