Healthwatch Kingston upon Thames undertook an enter and view visit to Galsworthy House Care Home on 13 January 2026. They spoke to 9 people.

Overall, Healthwatch Kingston  concluded that Galsworthy House was observed to be a well-run home with caring staff which was very clean. They saw that thought and care had been taken with decorations and furnishing to give it a homely atmosphere. For those on the ground floor, this atmosphere was enhanced by the presence of the house cat ‘Milo’. They observed good relationships between residents and the staff, and warm and affectionate interactions between them.
