Summary of report content

Report dated Sep 2017. This was a follow up visit from a previous E&V in June 2016.

However, whilst this is a very comprehensive E&V report there is little if any reference to the previous report’s recommendations in relation to whether they have been met or are still outstanding.

A list of further recommendations has however been provided.

Reference is made to the home having 72 residents but it is unclear how many were spoken to as part of this work. It does mention speaking to at least two family members.

A response from the Home Manager is included which implies that some of the recommendations have been acted on and some are being reviewed.
