Summary of report content

Healthwatch Telford & the Wrekin undertook an Enter and View visit to The Farmstead on 30 August 2022. They spoke to 20 people.

Healthwatch were made welcome by the manager and staff. 

The home was clean, tidy, and uncluttered. 

All residents appeared happy, clean, and well dressed. 

Generally, residents and relatives were full of praise for the staff at the home.

The report contains six recommendations.
