Summary of report content

Healthwatch Nottingham and Nottinghamshire undertook an enter and view visit to Fairfields GP practice on 5 March 2025, joining a CQC inspection happening at the same time.  They spoke to 17 people.

People were happy with the care offered by the practice but they struggled to make appointments. Many felt that the practice made an effort to help those who did not speak English as their first language, and that the challenge was actually booking an appointment in a timely fashion.
