Summary of report content

Healthwatch Devon undertook an announced Enter and View visit to Endeavour Residential Home on 6 April 2016.  They spoke to two members of staff, four residents and one family member.

On the day that they visited, Healthwatch felt the home was operating to a good standard of care. 

The home has a busy happy atmosphere 

Staff are caring and kind 

Lots of places to visit close by

 Good access to city centre 

The home was very clean and all rooms smelled fresh.
