Summary of report content

Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Healthwatch Peterborough undertook an enter and view visit to Ely and Wisbech Community Diagnostic Centres in October 2025.  They spoke to 28 people.

Overall people had positive experiences at both CDCs.  The speed of testing was highlighted as the top priority and most people were happy to travel to access timely care.

There were largely good practices for accessibility.

Most people found visiting the CDC convenient and free parking was appreciated by all who travelled by car.

Most people were not offered a choice of location or appointment time.
