Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View on Elm House, a residential care home in Nantwich, Cheshire, a care home which provides residential care for up to 40 elderly service users. The home is registered for the elderly and those with dementia and physical disability.

The visit was conducted on 10th July 2017 and was part of Healthwatch Cheshire’s enter and view schedule.

Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that:

The home received positive comments in certain areas and concerns in others. As a result, Healthwatch Cheshire made recommendations with the service manager providing feedback to show that the concerns/recommendations have been addressed.
