Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View at Daneside Mews, a residential care home in Northwich, Cheshire, which provides residential care and dementia care for up to 34 residents.

The visit was conducted on 20th July 2017 and was part of Healthwatch Cheshire’s enter and view schedule.

Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that:

The comments received by the residents and one of the residents family members were positive.

The enter and view team made some slight suggestions for improvement based on their findings, however, the service provider did not provide any feedback.
