Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report published by Healthwatch Birmingham 18 July, 2017.

During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to 10 people, which included a mix of staff and residents. The visit was announced.

Overall the sentiment about the home was found mixed. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving. A number of comments were also made about individual residents and staffing levels. Changes had occurred over the last months with a new team in place and improved meals.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. A response from the home manager has been attached.
