Healthwatch Kingston upon Thames undertook an announced enter and view visit to Cherry Lodge on 19 May 2026.  They spoke to 9 people.

Overall, Healthwatch concluded that Cherry Lodge seemed to be a well-run home with caring staff. Residents seemed confident with staff who demonstrated a good knowledge of residents and their needs. Both residents and staff said they liked the home, and staff mentioned they felt well supported by other members of the team and by the manager.
