Healthwatch Newham undertook an announced enter and view visit to The Chase on 14 February 2025.  They spoke to 6 people.

Staff are courteous and friendly. 

There are enough staff. 

Residents are treated with dignity. 

The home is clean and tidy. 

Staff are respectful and friendly with the residents as well as visitors. 

Visitors were offered drinks and food. 

There is evidence of activities being available in the home such as board games.
