Summary of report content

Healthwatch Hartlepool undertook an Enter and View visit to Charlotte Grange Care Home on 5 October 2022. They wanted to review progress since their last visit in November 2017 and gather feedback on the service since it had been taken over by new owners.  They spoke to the manager, deputy manager and 10 residents. Two relatives filled in a survey.

The report looks at:

  • The building and facilities
  • Resident feedback on their independence, dignity and privacy, food and nutrition, involvement and respect, safety and security, health and wellbeing.
  • Staff concerns and workload.
