Enter and view: Central Surgery

Healthwatch Warwickshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Central Surgery in Rugby in October 2015, gathering feedback from 45 patients. Overall, patients were positive about the quality of care and treatment, particularly the GPs and nursing staff. However, some people reported difficulties getting through by telephone to book appointments, while parking and physical access to parts of the building were also raised as concerns. Recommendations included reviewing the appointment booking system, keeping patients informed about delays, providing hand sanitiser in waiting areas and improving information and signage. The surgery responded with actions taken or planned in response to a number of these recommendations
