The home needed some redecoration
Residents looked clean and well groomed; however one resident did have food spilt down their clothing.
Food is prepared and cooked on site.
The home has good dementia signage.
Recommendations
There were five recommendations about redecoration and repair, staff needing to consider residents’ dignity and respect, the need for staff training on the tip up chair, re-emphasising the choice of food on the menu and to tidy and review the number of posters on the walls.
