Summary of report content

Healthwatch Warwickshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Camphill GP Led Health Centre in April 2016, gathering feedback from 14 patients. Experiences were mixed, with concerns around getting appointments, waiting times, continuity of care and communication with some staff. The visit also identified issues with signage, patient information and the comfort and accessibility of the waiting area. Recommendations included reviewing the appointment booking system, improving signage and information, creating a more welcoming reception area and monitoring feedback about staff communication. The surgery responded that improvements had been put in place, including additional staff training, permanent GPs and a review of information displayed for patients.
