Summary of report content

Healthwatch Staffordshire undertook an Enter and View visit to The Boat House, which provides nursing or personal care to adults under 65 with learning disabilities.

Healthwatch considered the Boat House to be providing a well-designed, well-managed, well staffed and caring environment for a group of people living with severe disability. Nothing they saw, heard, or were told left them with any concerns.

Healthwatch made two recommendations about signage and décor, furniture and equipment.

The report contains a response from the provider.
