Summary of report content

This is an Enter and View report by Healthwatch Havering. Staff from Healthwatch Havering visited the Ashling House care home.

The care home has rooms for longterm residents as well as a smaller number of respite places.

Overall staff felt the home was operating well and residents were happy. Where possible discussions were held online in line with the office's new COVID-19 policy around face-to-face meeting. An in-person visit also took place to see the building and facilities.

There are no recommendations in this report.

There are no follow up actions in this report. However this visit is a second look at the home, the first being in 2019.
