Healthwatch Milton Keynes undertook an announced Enter and View visit to Ashby House on 12 May 2021. Overall they spoke to 4 residents and the manager of the care home.

The report looks at:

The report concludes that Ashby House is a well led and caring care home.  There were three recommendations about catering; activities and setting up a biography service.  The report includes a response from the provider to each of the recommendations.
