Summary of report content

Healthwatch Warwickshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Arden Medical Centre in January 2016, gathering feedback from 23 patients. Feedback was very positive, particularly about the quality of care, GPs, reception staff and access to appointments. Patients valued the caring approach of the practice and being involved in decisions about their care. Some concerns were raised about parking and delays to appointments.

Recommendations included improving how patients are informed when appointments are running late and providing clearer information about changes to GP working hours. No response was provided by the surgery.
