Summary of report content

Healthwatch Bromley undertook an announced enter and view visit to Archers Point Residential Home on 3 November 2014.  They spoke to 15 people.

At the time of the visit, it was noted that Archers Point Residential Home was operating to a satisfactory standard, with staff appearing to be friendly and compassionate and having good relationships with the residents. There was a positive overarching theme and no obvious cause for concern was noted
